2 pounds beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
Teriyaki sauce
Small whole boiling onions
Green peppers
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Zucchini
Hot cooked riceIn a large shallow bowl, combine steak pieces and teriyaki sauce; stir until well coated. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat barbecue grill. Remove steak pieces from marinade with a slotted spoon; drain. Thread steak pieces onto metal skewers; alternate with the different vegetables. Place onto hot grill and cook until done to your preference, basting with the teriyaki sauce. Remove from grill and serve over hot cooked rice.
